GREENSBORO — The ACC says there’s four Tar Heels to keep your eyes on this season.

Eric Ebron, James Hurst, Kareem Martin and Tre Boston were all named to the 2013 Preseason All-ACC Team on Wednesday.

FloridaState led all teams in the conference with six selections, but the Tar Heels were not too far behind with the four. That was good enough for second best in the ACC.

Offensive stars Eric Ebron and James Hurst were also members of the 2012 All-ACC squad. Back for seconds, Ebron will likely hope to continue his solid play at the tight end position. Last season he hauled in 40 catches for 625 yards while scoring four touchdowns—both Carolina single-season records for a tight end.

On the defensive side of the ball, Martin and Boston will need to be key playmakers. Last season, Martin, an All-ACC member, tied for second in the conference in tackles for loss per game while Boston snagged four interceptions at his safety position.
