Bridgette Andrzejewski’s goal in the first half was enough to propel the UNC women’s soccer team past Colorado 1-0 on Friday night at WakeMed Soccer Park in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament.

The sophomore sent home a rebound after Sydney Spruill’s shot was blocked by Colorado goalie Jalen Tompkins in the 26th minute.

UNC’s stout defense limited Colorado to just three shots on goal and put together its fourth straight shutout.

Colorado finishes the season with a record of 12-6-4.
