CHAPEL HILL – Fall is finally in the air, and with it comes week four of high school football action featuring two intriguing local matchups that will certainly whet your football appetite.

 

On 97.9 FM WCHL and Chapelboro.com tune in to the Northwood Chargers at Carrboro Jaguars. This game between two heavyweight unbeatens is sure to light up the Friday night sky.

Last week, Carrboro survived a thrilling rally from Chapel Hill to walk out with a 29-28 victory. Northwood went on the road and had no problems with Jordan-Matthews, claiming a 22-6 win.

Tune in to pregame coverage live from Carrboro at 7:00 p.m. with Paul Connell and Matt Oakes.

Exclusively on Chapelboro.com, you can catch the spectacular defense of the Orange Panthers as they take on GrahamHigh School. Head Coach Pat Moser’s first team squad has yet to give up an offensive touchdown this season and sit at 3-0 in their 2013 campaign while outscoring their opponents by a whopping 120-22.
