Ford to Appear on First Google Hangout TV

Former UNC assistant basketball coach, All-American and Olympic Gold Medalist Phil Ford will be the guest on the inaugural live broadcast of Blue Blood TV Tuesday night at 7 p.m. live from the Beyu Cafe in Durham on the new Google Hangout on Air network.

For will talk about Carolina Basketball and the Duke-UNC rivalry with host Art Chansky from WCHL and Chapelboro. Watch the live stream by clicking this link.

Ford played for the Tar Heels from 1974-78, served on the staff of head coaches Dean Smith and Bill Guthridge for 12 seasons. He was among four UNC players who won a Gold Medal with the 1976 Olympic team in Montreal coached by Smith and Guthridge.
