U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team Invites Four Tar Heels to Training Camp

As the United States Women’s National Soccer Team prepares to open its first training camp of 2018, head coach Jill Ellis named four former Tar Heels to the initial 26-player roster. Forward Crystal Dunn joins defender Meghan Klingenberg, goalkeeper Ashlyn Harris and midfielder Allie Long on the National Team. UNC Approaching First Match in Two Weeks

After a 13-day break from play, Carolina Women’s Soccer is gearing up to face No. 25 Notre Dame on Saturday with a national broadcast at 7 p.m. on ESPN3. North Carolina (3-2-1) beat the 18th ranked Arizona Razerbacks 2-1 in their final game of the Duke Nike Classic with goals from junior Summer Green and freshman Annie Kingman.
