The academic scandal uncovered at UNC by the Wainstein report dominated a Wednesday afternoon Board of Trustees meeting, at which the faculty chair offered an apology.
“We’re doing a number of things to try and make sure we’re providing as much help as we can to student athletes in terms of being successful, but at the same time we’re providing additional help to students who are not athletes.”
