Chapel Hill Police say a vehicle was stopped on Fordham Boulevard after a reported armed robbery at the BP on Raleigh Road Tuesday afternoon.
A heavy police presence was in the northbound lanes causing heavy traffic delays.
Southbound lanes of Fordham Blvd are open. Northbound has only one lane open as of 4:45 p.m. We will update this story as more information arrives.
