PITTSBORO – Pittsboro Mayor and Chair of the North Carolina Democratic Party, Randy Voller, says since he first knew Ellie Kinnaird as the mayor of Carrboro, he could tell that she cared for her town and for her community, and he says that never changed.
“If we had more Ellies in the State Senate, we’d have a better state,” Mayor Voller says.
