The Chapel Hill – Carrboro City Schools Board of Education approved seven administrative appointments at its meeting on Tuesday evening.

Among which were three principals. Beverly Rudolph was named principal of Carrboro high, Drew Ware of Phillips Middle and Arrica DuBose of Seawell Elementary.

Rudolph served as principal of Culbreth Middle since 2011. Prior to that, she was assistant principal at East Chapel Hill and taught English/Language Arts in Edgecombe, Buncombe and Cabarrus County Schools.

Ware has been the principal of Estes Hills Elementary since 2013. He has also served as a principal, assistant principal and a teacher in various schools across Wake County.

DuBose has been the principal of Creekside Elementary in Durham since 2012. She also filled several specialist and administrative positions for the Durham Public School System.

Michael Brown was also named assistant principal of Morris Grove Elementary and Tomeka Ward-Satterfield at Carrboro High.

Dr. Elaine Watson-Grant has been named Director of Elementary Education and David Bouldin will serve as the Exceptional Children’s Compliance and Educational Programs Coordinator.
