Extraordinary Ventures will host 20 young adults with developmental disabilities at a three-day basketball camp and needs help from volunteers.

EV is a Chapel Hill-based non-profit which offers employment and other opportunities people with disabilities might not ordinarily be able to receive.

The camp is designed to create a place where these young adults can go instead of sitting at home. It will include basketball drills, arts and crafts, field trips, and social opportunities.

Registration is $20 for campers, but scholarships are available.

If you would like to volunteer, contact Stefan Hansen at EV: stefan@evnc.org or 336-407-6050. You can also find more information here.
