Kings Highway Park in Hillsborough is once again open after being closed since June for work on Lake Ben Johnston.

Contractors dredged the lake and made repairs to the dam, and there are still minimal hazards to be aware of. The Town has posted signs in English and Spanish warning visitors to stay out of the sediment pond. Some work still needs to be done to the dam, but it will not get in the way of park activity.

Kings Highway Park is west of Hillsborough off Ben Johnston Road.
