Traffic on South Columbia Street in Chapel Hill will be impeded by a lane closure for up to three days according to a release from the municipal government.
The release states that a portion of the northbound lane in front of the Ackland Art Museum will be closed while contractors perform work on Porthole Alley.
According to a release from UNC Facilities Services, the work will ensure that access accommodations are present as per the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Motorists traveling in the vicinity of the museum expect delays from Wednesday, February 22 to Friday, February 24 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
