CHAPEL HILL -Police are investigating a burglary that happened Friday morning at Lewis Residence Hall on UNC’s campus.
A female student told the UNC Department of Public Safety that she sleeping when a male suspect entered her room around 2:40 a.m.
When the student woke up, the suspect quickly fled the room; no weapons were seen according to the police report. The victim was not injured.
The suspect was described as a white male wearing a dark tee-shirt.
