****UPDATE: Police said early Thursday morning 20-year-old Kameron Dwayne Ballen, of Raleigh, was arrested around 8:45 Wednesday night and charged one felony count of second degree forcible rape.
Ballen is being held under a $200,000 secured bond at the Orange County Jail.****
Chapel Hill Police are asking for information regarding an alleged sexual assault Tuesday night.
Authorities say a victim reported the incident around nine o’clock Tuesday night near Eastowne Drive – near Fordham Boulevard and I-40.
Police describe the suspect as a dark-skinned black male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and estimated to be 20 years old.
