Officials with the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office say 28-year-old Rebecca Amy Stasko was taken into custody on Friday. Stasko, of Moncure, allegedly entered the First Citizens Bank on Chatham Downs Drive shortly after noon on Thursday and demanded money from a bank teller.

Authorities say no one was injured during the incident.

Surveillance footage showed a suspect wearing a blonde wig during the robbery.

Stasko is facing one felony count of robbery with a dangerous weapon. Officials say she is being held under an $80,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on November 14.
