Today is Tuesday, August 16, 2016.  Thousands of Elvis Presley fans head to Graceland.  Donald Trump and a golf course head to trial.  An update on the “Watcher” trial.

Elvis Pilgrimage

Elvis Presley died on August 16, 1977.  That means that it is time for thousands of Elvis fans to make their pilgrimage to Graceland.  Monday night’s celebration caps “Elvis Week” in Memphis.

Donald Trump’s Golf Course Trial

While Donald Trump is on the campaign trail, his lawyers are in court for a trial.  A lawsuit was filed by unhappy members of a golf club that Trump purchased in 2012.  The members say they want to leave the club and Trump won’t return their fees there were promised.  The case should wrap up on Tuesday.

 

 

The Watcher

A New Jersey couple was scared away from their home after receiving creepy letters from someone named “The Watcher.”  Thanks to a Superior Court judge ruling, they will be able to move forward with a lawsuit against the former owners.

The couple refused to move into the house after the letters and claimed the former owners were aware of the person sending the letters.
