Meet Rudy.

Rudy with Ron Stutts.

With Ron Stutts.

Rudy is a boxer, pit, and terrier mix.  He is about about 8-years-old.

Currently, he is staying in a foster house in connection with Independent Animal Rescue.

From the Independent Animal Rescue website:

“Rudy is a stately gentleman with chestnut colored fur and white spots on his chest/paws. He has a little grey on his muzzle, but it hasn’t slowed him down…an athletic build with a giant smiley face! Rudy is the best mix of playful energy and loyal companionship. He is quite active, and loves to play tug of war and run around the backyard. Rudy also loves his people, and just wants to chill and get pats. Rudy gets along great with his foster sister, and would do well in a household with other dogs. He really is a great dog whose company everyone enjoys!”

From their website animalrescue.net:

Our mission is to rescue and provide safe and responsible care for homeless, abandoned, and abused animals. We shall strive to help all animals in need through our service programs. We will serve our communities through promotion of spay or neuter for all companion animals, and the education of children and adults in the humane care, respect and responsibility for animals on this earth.
