Meet Oliver.  He is a fluffy kitty.

Oliver is about 2-years-old.  He has all of his vaccinations and is fixed.  He is loving.  He enjoys belly rubs and like many cats, he’s very curious.

Oliver comes to us from Goathouse Refuge in Pittsboro.  Goathouse Refuge is a new partner with Adopt-A-Pet.

From the Goathouse Refuge website:

“Our incredible cats are in need of loving homes. We currently have a population of 200 cats. That number is always changing, so you’ll need to stop in for the most up-to-date roster. Some of these cats have biographies; some we are getting to know better. Quite a few you can see only by visiting the refuge, as they are very young or very shy and are in the process of being socialized. Please take the time to read some of their stories. If you would like to meet the cats in person, we are open daily from 12 – 3:00 p.m. The kitties love visitors and will be happy to see you!”

You can expect the cats to pick you at Goathouse.  See the cats.

Goathouse describes Oliver:

“Oliver came to us after we received a message that someone found a stray cat who seemed to have had hot oil poured on his head. While we do not know whether it was as a result of an abuse, we took Oliver in and he turned out to be the silliest and sweetest cat. We suspect that he may have had a home in the past, but was then abandoned. His injury has healed quite nicely, and his fur is growing back on top of his head. Oliver likes to be held, make air-biscuits, and get belly rubs all the time. Please come meet Oliver soon! After all he has been through, he deserves a loving forever home!”
