Today is Monday, May 16, 2016.  George Zimmerman sells his gun.  Fixing the brain.  Scooby Doo crashes into a house.

George Zimmerman Tries to Sell a Gun

George Zimmerman is trying to sell a gun.  Specifically, the one he used to kill 17-year-old Trayvon Martin back in February of 2012.

Two attempts to sell the gun have already failed.  One online auction was trolled with fake bids that drove the price up to $66 million.  Now, when the gun goes on the online auction block, the minimum bid will be $100,000.  A $500,000 “but-it-now” pledge is also available.

Zimmerman plans to use the money to debate the career of Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, stop Hillary Clinton’s bid for the White House, and to fight Black Lives Matter.

Reviving the Brain Dead

Researchers in India are studying how to revive the brain dead.

A person is considered dead, both medically and legally, when the brain stops working.  This is known as brain death.

The new clinical trial will attempt to regenerate a portion of the brain in 20 people with brain death.  None of the subjects have organs that can be harvested and donated, and their families have chosen to donate their bodies to this research study.

A Scooby Doo Crash

The Scooby Doo Mystery Machine, at least a replica of the famous van, crashed into a house over the weekend.  St. Paul, Minnesota police were called to the scene and shared a photo.

Luckily, nobody was hurt.
