U.S. Marshals have arrested one of two suspects involved in a robbery of a Chapel Hill Pizza Hut.

Authorities say the Pizza Hut at Rams Plaza was robbed October 20 by two suspects, one of whom brandished a gun on an employee. The other implied he had a weapon. They came away with over $500 in cash. The suspects were described as black males between 5′ 10″ and 6′ tall, wearing jeans, hoodies and masks. Police say the suspects may have fled the scene in a white Ford F-150.

Officials say 17-year-old Anthony Leon McClary was arrested Thursday morning in Durham. According to a press release, McClary was taken into custody without incident on an outstanding warrant. He’s charged with Felony Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Felony Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. McClary is now in the Orange County Jail under $20,000 secured bond.

McClary was scheduled to make his first court appearance on Friday afternoon. No updates were available regarding the second suspect.
