Executive Chef Adam Rose considers Chef Isaiah Allen to be both his right and left hand. Between the two of them, Il Palio at the Siena Hotel and all their guests are in fine hands. These guys can almost finish each others sentences, so imagine what theycan do with a pomegranate vanilla gastrique, a balsamic brown butter vinaigrette, a port wine sauce or house-smoked bacon. I know, I’m drooling.

Jimmy Reale, Executive Chef at Carolina Crossroads at The Carolina Inn, is rolling out his fall menu and wait ‘til you taste what he’s got in store! His Southern-inspired creations make good use of local ingredients all with a tender nod toward his Lebanese heritage. He’s even put one of Marie’s (his mother) dishes on the menu. And his Shrimp and Grits recipe stands tall in a town where the dish is considered a staple.
