Valentine’s Day Farm Dinner

The Root Cellar Cafe & Catering is hosting a Valentine’s Day Farm Dinner with wine pairing on Saturday, Feb. 14, at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $55 per person. RSVP to 919-967-3663. Menu includes: Globe artichokes stuffed with a blue cheese artichoke stuffing and served with house-made crackers; lobster bisque with lobster raviolis; Mill’s Family Farm beef wellington: seared filet of beef with a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in a buttery puff pastry, and served with a red wine demi glaze; baby creamer smashed baked herbed potatoes; oven-roasted winter harvest veggies; and dark chocolate mousse with drunken cherries.
