Tai Chi with Barbara Karas

More than a martial art, T’ai Chi is a holistic method of self-healing, a form of moving meditation and a philosophical way of life. T’ai Chi offers physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits to millions worldwide. The ancient Chinese exercises of T’ai Chi (and Qigong) are excellent practices for men and women of any age who seek to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and age gracefully. Benefits include improved posture and equilibrium, better breathing and calmer emotions, regulation of blood pressure and organ function, and a sense of well-being. Local T’ai Chi and Qigong instructor, Barbara Karas, facilitates this six week series
