Looking to mix up your workout routine and try something totally different?
SUP Fitness combines strength and cardio conditioning with SUP yoga postures to create an awesome total body workout. We tether the paddle boards to the lane ropes and use them as floating gyms for this one hour class. Expect to have a great time while we practice balance, build strength and challenge our stability.
SUP Fitness is suitable for all levels of ability. Some yoga and exercise experience is helpful but not necessary.
Participants should be comfortable getting in and out of the water.
