6:30 p.m. Concert by The Down Hill Strugglers

Ronald D. Cohen, emeritus professor of history at Indiana University Northwest, will examine the complex cultural history of folk music in America, detailing the musicians, government agencies, and record companies that had a lasting impact during the 1930s and beyond. The Down Hill Strugglers, an old-time string band based simultaneously out of Kentucky, Louisiana, and New York, will perform.
