CLASS: Breakfast for Dinner

Brinner, or “Breakfast for Dinner,” is quickly becoming the new brunch—a healthy, economical quick-fix supper option as opposed to fast food. Join Cooking School Supervisor, Caitlin Burke, for creative alternatives to the regimented weeknight dinner rotation. This is a hands-on class.

Menu: Crab-Stuffed French Bread with Creamy Mustard Sauce; Spinach and Mushroom Frittata; Sweet Potato Hash; Sour Cream Coffee Cake
