Join Amanda, owner of Raleigh’s Blakemere Company, for another “From Basics to Brilliant” class, and this time salmon is the star. Amanda demonstrates how to cook salmon seamlessly and master the recipe through three stages, from basic to brilliant. This is a hands-on class.
