Edibles on Paper: Heirloom Tomatoes

Spend a summer afternoon getting acquainted with heirloom tomatoes. They are colorful, flavorful, flamboyant, and odd looking, just right for transparent watercolors. Instruction will include drawing for accuracy, painting wet into wet with saturated color, followed by dry brush to bring out the details.
