CHAPEL HILL – The public is invited to a developer-led tour of the Obey Creek property Wednesday morning at 10. Another tour is set for Saturday morning, June 1,  at 10 . CHAPEL HILL – UNC women’s basketball assistant coach Trisha Stafford-Odom will be the new head coach at Concordia University Irvine. Stafford-Odom has coached the Heels for two seasons and also helped recruit the No. 1 signing class in the country this year. “I am extremely proud of Trish and I am excited for her to take this next step in her coaching career,” Carolina head coach Sylvia Hatchell told UNC Athletics. CHAPEL HILL – The Orange County 4-H Cooperative Extension Service along with the Chapel Hill Carrboro YMCA invites residents to participate in the Stewards of Children Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Training. It’s a free, three-hour training designed to educate adults about how to recognize, prevent and react responsibly to the reality of child sexual abuse, while placing emphasis on child safety.
