Orange County Manager Frank Clifton To Resign

ORANGE COUNTY – Orange County Manager Frank Clifton announced Thursday he will resign, effective September 29, 2013. Chair of the Orange County Board of Commissioners, Barry Jacobs, and commissioner, Penny Rich, said the decision did not come as a shock. The Board was notified via email Thursday morning. WCHL spoke with Jacobs and Rich just after the announcement was made public.
